Incomplete notices will not be processed.

4.3 Response to Valid DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• ›Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• ›Notify the user who posted the material
• ›Document the notification and our response
• ›Terminate repeat infringers accounts per our repeat infringer policy

Timeline: We typically respond within 48-72 hours of receiving a complete notice.

4.4 DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing the required elements (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):

• ›Your physical or electronic signature
• ›Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
• ›Statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• ›Statement consenting to jurisdiction of Federal District Court for your location (or District of Colorado if outside U.S.)
• ›Your name, address, and telephone number

4.5 Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights:
