• ›Certification validity and renewal requirements as specified in program materials

3.4 Books and Publications

• ›Digital and physical books, workbooks, and curriculum guides
• ›Audiobook versions available through third-party platforms
• ›All purchases are final except as required by law

3.5 Professional Consulting Services

• ›Bankruptcy consulting and business restructuring services
• ›Chapter 7, 11, and 13 trustee services
• ›Subject to separate engagement agreements and court approval

4.1 Subscription Plans

4.2 Billing and Payment

• ›Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

4.3 Free Trials
